area with a sense of place for the site while also being economically feasible and realistic. To do this, we created a set of design codes to cater to and fulfil the requirements set by the MA Urban Design students - that our site should promote sustainable development and environmenal efficiency and be catered towards encouraging walking and cycle instead of using cars, and that the site should be resilient, robust and open to change.
